Meeting Overage Billing Policy
To ensure fair scheduling and availability for all clients, meetings are billed based on the time slot reserved.
- Each meeting includes a 10-minute grace period beyond the scheduled end time.
- If the meeting exceeds the scheduled duration by more than 10 minutes, an additional session will automatically be charged.
- The additional charge will be for the next 30-minute session, regardless of how much extra time beyond the 10-minute grace period is used.
Example:
- A 30-minute meeting is booked.
- The meeting runs for 39 minutes → No additional charge (within the 10-minute grace period).
- The meeting runs for 41 minutes → An additional 30-minute session is charged.
This policy helps us stay on schedule and reserve adequate time for all clients.
