Meeting overage billing
Meetings are billed based on the time slot reserved, so scheduling stays fair for everyone.
- Each meeting includes a 10-minute grace period beyond the scheduled end time.
- If a meeting exceeds the scheduled duration by more than 10 minutes, an additional session is automatically charged.
- The additional charge is for the next 30-minute session, regardless of how much extra time is used beyond the grace period.
